Sarah, you repost the wrong list. This is the latest updated version. Yes, NOA1 date is the date from the actual document, not check cashing date.

Anywhere between 1-3 weeks! Good luck to you!

If your husband is the sponsor from AOS, and he's moving with you, then he would also need to file Form I-865.

Do all US Citizen AOS sponsors who have moved along with their spouses to a different address AFTER the spouse received the 2-year green card have to submit an I-865? We have never heard of this form till now.

I received 2-year card in 2014. When we moved, I (the immigrant) submitted the online form change of address as we non-citizens are supposed to and I was told that's all we have to do. I don't know what this I-865 is I hear of.

Sent in the I-751 joint petition today.

Whenever the USC who sponsored for AOS moves, they have to submit Form I-865. This applies to any sponsor, whether it is your spouse who moved with you in the same address or a third party person who moved elsewhere. Read all about the form here: https://www.uscis.gov/i-865.

The I-865 Form is supposed to be submitted by the sponsor within 30 days of their moving to the new address. The AR-11 form is supposed to be submitted by the immigrant within 10 days of their moving to the new address. Even though you did your part, your spouse also had to file form I-865. Have your spouse submit the form now. Better late than never.

Since we just sent in out joint petition for I-751 today, how does having not submitted the I-865 affect the removal of conditions? It's almost a year since after we moved.

Priority 2-day is only $6.45. Our stack was about 2 inch thick and it did not fit in the regular priority envelope. So you have an option to priority it by weight which is 3-4 days. If you choose to do that, it should cost you about $25 or a little more depending on weight. Our stack weight 3.11 pounds and priority would have been $12 for a two inch stack. Yours is a 5 inch stack... so I just doubled it. It could be cheaper.

There are priority boxes which out application would have fit in but never heard of any immigration application being sent in a box, so I chose not to.
