I agree with this. I suspect that CSC won't really get moving again on June/July/Aug until VSC is caught up. At least I hope that when CSC and VSC are both at May/June, they'll all keep working at the pace VSC seems to be at now. Maybe they're worried that USCIS local offices will be deluged with people trying to get I-551 stamps so they're doing their best to keep the waits < 1yr for almost everyone.

After the elections, the new administration may have asked CSC to slow down and get aligned with VSC, this is my theory. I could be wrong. All we can do is sit and think of different theories.

27 NOV: TSC; Transfered from NBC

3 Feb : NOA2 ( 296 days)

4 March: Shipped to NVC

11 March : Received at NVC

11 April: Case # assigned

18 April: paid both fees

9May: mailed AOS & IV packages

8May: DS260 completed

16May: packets scanned in NVC system

13 June: check list : missing page 7 of i864.

25 June : scan date AOS checklist

7 Aug: Case Complete...... BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT

14 Aug: interview date assigned

16 Aug: Email interview appointment received

18 Aug: Medical completed

23 Aug: biometric done,DS260 stamped, fingerprints taken.

Maaaaann I read through the last 12 pages hoping to see some June VSC filers getting an approval and the 10yr GC,  but i see that's not the case :(.

I haven't called uscis and I don't really want to cause what can it accomplish really? I really hope to see a lot more approvalso before the week ends..

Yeaa u right?. Its seems like the may filers are putting fire in their asses by calling every min or two. I hope we do not have to wait for 2 or more months to get approved. Is been 9months already for me?

VSC is still working on feb/mar filers. =/

Please keep us posted, as I read here before that if you show up before the 30 days mark they won't stamp the passport.

I completely forgot about that. I will cancel that appointment. Green card's extension letter gets us through mid-August, so I guess I can get an INFOPASS appt. in mid-July. The extension letter doesn't 'expire' does it?
