It was almost a week ago, by now they must be processing June.

With USCIS, I doubt that logic works. They were stuck on May 14th for 4 months. Who knows. They could be stuck on May 31st for another 3 months.

~AOS : 09/11/2014 - 2 YR Green card received!.

~ROC 07/13/2017 - 10 YR Green card received!.

~N-400 : 10/28/2020 - N400 Interview & Approval/Oath Ceremony/US Citizen!

More Importantly, I am a proud Anti-Fascist!

Just called good ole USCIS and started the 30-day clock ticking until whatever action will (or will not) be taken then.  Their website was updated again today and CSC is still on May 31....<<sigh>> this wait? Crazy.  But at least this time we're together. :D

I did ask what the normal processing time was for this form.  I was told "whatever CSC is currently stating on our website, so May 31."  I asked if it was normal for this to be taking nearly 9-months and again was told it's within their processing timeline per the website. She wouldn't give any 6-month/8-month/year guideline at all.  So, another day another wait. Anyway, that's our latest!

Awaiting Oath Ceremony for Citizenship! Last step!

I have seen the web site to get updated every day, but the main date, in this case May 31 will only be changed once a month. ( If remember correctly it's 20th every month ) so there is no need to check that funny/dummy web site every day to see if May31 is changed. It won't.

Called USCIC today the guy said that my case is still pending a background check and that the timeline for the I-751 is 9 months to a year. (even though their site says 6 months)

I was advised to get a I-551 Stamp  on my passport for my travels out of the country in May & June as my extension expires in June.

So Annoying as I can apply for my citizenship in Sept.

This I-751 is a waste of money.

If your green card expired in Sept. 2016 then, shouldn't be the one year extension letter will expire in Sept 2017 and not June?
