Common guys , some one must be approved here from June.

Most of the folks in may are approved for CSC

17 APRIL 2013 : NOA1 Priority date
27 NOV: TSC; Transfered from NBC

3 Feb : NOA2 ( 296 days)

4 March: Shipped to NVC

11 March : Received at NVC

11 April: Case # assigned

18 April: paid both fees

9May: mailed AOS & IV packages

8May: DS260 completed

16May: packets scanned in NVC system

13 June: check list : missing page 7 of i864.

25 June : scan date AOS checklist

7 Aug: Case Complete...... BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT

14 Aug: interview date assigned

16 Aug: Email interview appointment received

18 Aug: Medical completed

23 Aug: biometric done,DS260 stamped, fingerprints taken.

10 Sep: interview day; interview took 511 days from I-130 NOA1

Hi All! I am happy to report that the approval letter arrived in the mail today, just like what the immigration officer told my husband over the phone :) it was dated Feb. 28th. 

 

Yay!!!! :) just waiting for my greencard to arrive in the mail. Hopefully any day now!

Yes, i am a june 20 filer. Approval date on letter is Feb. 28. Can anyone please update our records here? My apologies, i dont have access to my laptop now as i am traveling back to Los Angeles from abroad.

Just called National Customer Service Center, the agent that i talked too said the papers still on process. But she said if I will not received my GC by April 6, which is 30 days from today (March 6, 2016) I should call them back, and let them know because that is the maximum time processing time for my papers and they can do further action after that just in case. She said everything is okay right now, the papers still in processed.
