Congrats!

I was hoping I'd get mine today since we're relatively in the same area but nothing in the mailbox. My neighbours don't have any mail either so maybe it hasn't come yet, usually we get SOME mail every day. Sigh.

prettyjackie, which office did you go to? We sent off our package 2 days ago, I'm nervous that we may get a biometrics scheduled while we're on vacation in California (August 11-22), and was thinking we'd do walk in if that happens. Did you go to the one in Boston (we live about 20 minutes outside of Boston)?

Also, what day/time did you go ? I heard that they used to do walk ins on Wednesdays...

July 12, 2013------------- Status is delivered- acceptance

July 17, 2013------------- Status is regarding reciept number and routed at vermont service center.

July 22, 2013------------- Status regarding alien registration number was change..

July 23, 2003------------- NOA1 hardcopy recieve in the mail.

August 06, 2013----------- Status regarding transferred to a new service center.

FIELD OFFICE= The Whitcomb Building in Springfield MA.( was under lawrence, massachusetts field office)
The officer who interviewed me told that they do 2x a month interview at The whitcomb building in springfield Ma but they are from laurence , MA field office.

Also, does anyone know if the US Citizen spouse have to accompany the immigrant spouse for the biometrics or can the immigrant spouse go on their own?

1/31/2014: DS-261 Available & filled out.

2/4/2014: AOS Invoice available & paid

2/7/2014: I-864(AOS) completed & sent

The official wait time begins! Your next update will either be a notice to appear for an interview, a request for evidence or a straight approval (hopefully an approval without interview)! Good luck to you!

I am a June filer too. From VSC, filed June 24. NOA1 is June 27. Can anyone add me up? Don't know how to do it. Thanks.

04-05-13- Mailed CR1 petition to USCIS
04-08-13- NOA 1 ( NBC)

04-17-13- Form I-797 received thru mail (official receipt)
11-18-13- transferred to Texas Service Center
12-12-13- NOA2 (at last!), no RFE smile.png

NVC STAGE:

01-06-14- shipped to NVC

01-13-14- NVC received

02-12-14- Case number, IIN & Beneficiary ID available through phonecall

02-24-14- DS-261 available and completed

02-26-14- Received email from NVC to pay AOS bill

02-27-14- paid AOS bill, in process

03-03-14- AOS bill appear as paid

03-15-14- Received email from NVC to pay IV bill; Mailed AOS packet

03-18-14- NVC received AOS packet, under review

03-27-14- paid IV fee, in process

03-28-14- Mailed IV packet

03-31-14- IV bill appear as paid, DS-260 available online and completed

04-02-14- received IV documents, under review

04-04-14- received AOS checklist

04-10-14- mailed corrected AOS checklist

04-18-14- corrected AOS logged into the system

05-02-14- CASE COMPLETE! (Phonecall) :dance: :dance:

CONSULATE:
