I-751 June 2016 Filers (Merged Threads)

She filed in June in San Antonio....about 5 months from filing to interview.  

 

She had an info pass appointment in August to get an I-551 stamp and was told at that time the ROC and N-400 would be adjudicated together.  But, never heard another peep about the ROC piece of it.

So, we're at or verynear the end....just the oath ceremony left.

Let's hope they are not going to delay the Oath ceremony until CSC process your I-751.

Ummm... legally they have to process your I-751 before you can naturalize.

I think they processed her I-751 with N400 together, but did not specifically say it was a combined  i751 and N400 interview.  Note that they filed in June, 2016, CSC.

That's what I thought. Sounds like they just forgot to mention that they were also interviewing for I-751.

Did you interview with her? An i751 interview has to include both people.

No, not yet.  She was told 2-3 months.  

 

That's my concern...that there's some additional processing behind the scenes that still needs to take place.

Wow! Congratulations man!!

I can't believe your case took this long but I'm glad it's finally come to an end. 

I became pleas active after my approval but your case was one that kept me coming back. 

 

Thanks a LOT as well for being diligent in updating the spreadsheet. You certainly were a big help in keeping things organized in here.

Congratulations! So is it okay to apply for N400 when you reach your 90 days window even if you have a pending ROC?
