No one has even posted here for three days.  : (  That really is sad that no progress seems to have been made for the remaining June filers. I hope there's some good news soon.

I was thinking same. I see there are 19 July CSC filers approved out of 53 and yet CSC has still not finished all June applications.  Quite terrible considering it will be 15 months in a few days.

Good luck to everyone still waiting. I pray you get your approvals really soon!

~AOS : 09/11/2014 - 2 YR Green card received!.

~ROC 07/13/2017 - 10 YR Green card received!.

~N-400 : 10/28/2020 - N400 Interview & Approval/Oath Ceremony/US Citizen!

More Importantly, I am a proud Anti-Fascist!

Hi guys - I received an RFE asking mostly for financial information. I will send our tax returns, utility bills, car insurance. Initially I also sent bank statement of our joint account but we never used it so there is no transaction history. I don't think sending new statements still with no history will satisfy. Any advice / recommendations? Thanks

You also might want to send 3 affidavits from your friends/family. Not just formal few words. My friends described the circumstances of how we met, what we have in common, their observations of us as a couple and why they think we match. The affidavits were some kind of very warm, so that people on the other end would feel that we are humans the same as they are. While not guaranteed, it might be a key factor in making a favorable decision.

I have filed one too with the due date of 10/14/17. Did your old request already timed out? I am N-400 filer but I see that many people who haven't filed N-400 are also waiting.

I've found they respond well inside the due date but their responses are just auto responses and show no regard to your actual case status.

This is my second out of processing time request. My first I got the following response.....

"On 08/19/2017, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-751 to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Thank you for your inquiry.  We recognize your interest in the final adjudication of your pending petition and are aware of the difficulties caused by any delay in processing. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will review your case but the California Service Center is committed to processing this workload.  We will be making every effort to adjudicate your case in the most efficient manner based on our available resources.

In the interim, if your I-551 has expired and your I-797, Notice of Action, extending your conditional status for a 1-year period has expired, you may elect to create an appointment to attend a local USCIS Field Office. At your appointment, a USCIS Officer may stamp your unexpired foreign passport with an I-551 stamp with a 12-month expiration date. To create an appointment with a local field office, please refer to our website:

https://my.uscis.gov/appointment

We appreciate your patience and understanding."

so its basically the stuff that falls out of a bulls behind.

I waited 30 days and filed another. You can only file one request per month.

Hope you get a better response. My second due date is "October 17, 2017"

Thanks for heads up!! I won't keep my hopes up now. May be two more weeks before all June applications are cleared.

Hi  Anubabes268

How did you get the update? Was it in response to your Service request or did you call in?

I also wanted to to ask if you applied for N400 while waiting for 751 approval.

No I didn’t file the N400 because I didn’t want any delays in the process. I receive this response from a service request I submitted because my case was out of normal processing time. I will not file the N400 until this is approved.

MY NOA dated 06/28/2016.

09/18/2017, I filed the service request due to case out of normal processing time.

03/10/2017, I received an email saying that a RFE was mailed to me on 09/14. However, I haven't received any RFE letter in the mail.

I kinda worry that the mail was lost or something. Did anybody also experience similar situation? I am sure my current address on the USCIS website is still up to date and correct.

No one knows but 2 months is kinda a bit long in my opinion. If everything is ok it should take around a month. I would wait for another 2 weeks and call them.
