Hello,

I received one text and one email yesterday (9/11) showing an update on my case. I have checked my status and it has changed to card in production, ordered on 9/7. Now I'm waiting for it in the mail.

I was a CSC filer, NOA date June 27.

I am very thankful for the relief, support, and knowledge this thread provided, and I wish everyone awaiting patience and the best outcome.

Congrats!

I thought mine was going to take much longer, just be patient. It's hard but I've been there, and I got over it by trying to not think about it too much.

Hi all,

I have sent my RFE by the end of June. Until now, I didn't receive any responses yet. Does it mean I will have an interview? VSC center.

It means they are probably overworked, underpaid, not trained properly. I know this as I recently contacted the USCIS and even a Tier 2 did not know the answers to my questions, so reflecting I don't blame that person I blame the limited training. It's like take over this job, learn copious amounts of information in a company that does not give time out for that.

I worked for an international banking company, the same applied, you wanted to learn the answers to the customers questions, however you needed to answer phone queries with limited knowledge and little time to answer,  nor research anything.  You needed to be there to answer frustrated,, angry customers questions.

Unfortunately, it''s the business model of modern times, not what happened 50 years ago, but 50 years ago we were not  a society  as demanding as we are now. Basically, we did not  ask for  24/7 attention, nor did we have access to the internet to gather information and use that to contest decisions!

However, a great business model would properly train their employees fulyl, give them time out to research queries, but time is money and at the end of the day, the USCIS is  a money making enterprise and not primarily under  government control.

In answer to your question and to  put it in Layman's terms.... No you will  probably not receive an interview, it just means you are a pawn in a very chaotic soul sucking,  business environment,  which SEEMS to make lots of money. The only person/people to blame within this equation are the hierarchy, the directors, the board of managers, the investors, the "Fat Cats", the politicians etc, etc, etc and the reason why is they make lots of money, that does not reflect their service. Their customers are not happy with the service and I doubt the employees are happy either!

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

GC  Conditional date:  05/26/2015

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(
