VSC has started approving Oct 16 applications. Looks like the delay is not on account of Immigration policy changes but more about staffing.

Where did you get that info from? Oct 16 applications are being approved...

Yes it's mandatory evac here where I live in Miami Beach, but I'm staying home for now. I have a friends place inland if I need to get out. 

 

We bought supplies, water, managed to get gas, I live in a good strong house. So we will see how this plays out. The stores ran out of essentials but gas was ok to get yesterday.

June 3rd filer, hasn't received anything from USCIS yet, waiting, waiting and waiting, have my passport stamped for work authorization for 6 months. Feels like I am the only one left..is there any May filer still waiting ?

Leftover VSC filer here (Filed June 1, NOA1 June 6, Biometric July 6). My wife went to the immigration office to get a stamp for impending travel today and was told she got approved on Friday! They still gave her the stamp since the travel is coming up in two weeks. But so relieved this nightmare of a process is finally ending.

Congrats, I am a june 3rd filer, eagerly waiting, nothing in the mail or on USCIS website.

Hello, 

 

I received one text and one email yesterday (9/11) showing an update on my case. I have checked my status and it has changed to card in production, ordered on 9/7. Now I'm waiting for it in the mail.

 

I was a CSC filer, NOA date June 27. 

 

I am very thankful for the relief, support, and knowledge this thread provided, and I wish everyone awaiting patience and the best outcome.
