My husband's called into USCIS today and it looks like his case  (June 13, CS

C) has finally been approved! He should have his green card some time within the next thirty days!! :D

Flying back home to Miami from European vacation tomorrow - could be an interesting few days for me, so if I hear anything (unlikely) - I'll let you all know as and when I can.......

I tried to ask them again today. They couldn't care less as it's still inside the 20 June processing date. 

 

I now have more important things to worry about in South Florida like my house still existing in the next few days as my house is in Miami Beach.

 

I'll worry about USCIS again when I feel a bit more secure in my home family and friends.......

Your eventual goal is 400 anyway like you always say, so i guess just play it by ear and see how it plays out. They will always tell you "It is still within the normal processing time frame", bla bla bla.
