No, I wouldn't assume that at all.  I haven't received a RFE (yet) and I'm 06/22 NOA CSC.  

 

Your NOA is in July so you have weeks to go yet.  Haha.  Who knows how these people process applications.  Mine is still pending.  Why?  Who TF knows.  

Anyway, i'm off to Russia for a few weeks on Monday, so I'll maybe hear something when I get back.  Meh.  I got bored looking.  I have I551 stamp, so I'll think about it again when I get back in September. 

 

Bottom of the pile syndrome is my guess.  Just ride it out buddy......   ;)

Yea I'm definitely not worried. We don't have international travel plans until March so I would like to think we get the 10-year by then.

And if you do Pablo, just get the I551 stamp.  I did it way before the supposed "30 day" rule, and they didn't even blink, nor did I have to take any documentation with me - just my passport and GC, which they took away.  

I went armed with travel details, print outs of itineraries just in case, none of which was required or asked for. 

The reaction of reception and the officer who did my stamp, was that this is a very common occurrence these days, and they just do it and don't bother to enquire or question further - want you in and out quick, as its a straight forward process.

If the information on your Timeline is correct, it states that your NOA date is 2016-07-08. So your NOA date is July and you've been approved. Congrats! Hopefully it won't be long for us remaining June filers!

Just got my card in the mail today. It was approved on Aug 15. NOA 06/20/2016. CSC. Now N400. I wasn't going to apply for my citizenship but I don't want to have to deal with USCIS ever again. Is it really taking an average of 10 months to get the Oath ceremony? 

 

Thank you all for this long and tiring journey, hope you get your approvals as soon as possible :)

That gives me hope. Looks like CSC is finally catching up. I still won't get my hopes up and I will still remain cautiously optimistic, but I have a good feeling they might start approving July filers faster than many of us expect. Congrats to all the CSC approvals, please keep on going, CSC.

I have the same question as well as I sent my RFE response to CSC last week too.  As far as I know, It is case by case as some people have reported approval within 2 weeks of USCIS receiving RFE response, some had to wait for a couple of months and some waited even more

Keeping my fingers crossed for both of us, Singhpreet. We filed in CSC and your case seem to be processed by VSC.  I don't think it matters anymore. Let us see

Good Morning All

 

People who are living in US, happy eclipse day. Go out and watch the eclipse.(Be sure to wear glasses)

 

I got series of texts and emails on Saturday saying that my card is being produced. Its been a long journey. I used this forum when i applied for i130 back in 2014. At that time it also took longer than normal times for me to get approved. My NOA date is June 20 (CSC).

 

Thank you everyone. USCIS always tested my patience and i always won.

June 20th, 2016....still waiting.

 

Had an info pass appointment to get I-551 stamp last week.  All she would say is both the  I-751 and N-400 cases are pending and that the N-400 would likely be adjudicated first.  Find it hard to believe they would wait another 5-6 months to adjudicate the ROC...but that's what we were told.  Coincidentally, N-400 also has June 20th date (2017)...did biometrics on 7/3 and still no "in line for appointment" notification yet.
