God, this USCIS is driving me nuts, can somebody tell me asap how to find the PIN number to reschedule the infopass appointment, there are open time for later today and I cant reschedule because I cant find the PIN number..why cant they have some organized functionality

When I scheduled our InfoPass appt, the confirmation screen indicated we must print it out or write down our PIN as it was the only time they would provide it.  Without the PIN, I'm not sure what you can do.  There is no way to recall this information for security reasons, etc.  Not sure what would happen if you just tried to schedule a new appt for the time today. If it allows you, just tell the officer that you see today what the situation is and that your other appt needs to be cancelled.  Worth a shot! :-)

i had the same issue, if you didn't print out the PIN number, there's no way to recover it. I had to wait till my original appointment was expired to start a new one.

I'm curious how many of you actually got called in for an interview before being approved and if you did, how much notice were you given of your interview appointment? We filed my husband's I-751 in February this year so we are looking at next spring for approval BUT we have a three week trip to Spain and Morocco booked for April 2018. I'm nervous that they will schedule us for an interview during that time.

put your name on the screen to search for the appointment, it would bring out your appointment, so instead of searching with the PIN search with your name....

USCIS has updated their processing times again.

 

As of June 30th 2017, CSC are processing cases as of June 20th 2016.

 

So, as the last update stated that as of May 31st 2017 they were processing cases as of June 15th 2016, it took them one month to advance five days worth of cases.

allright guys so today finally we received our card on the mail it is still the old version of the card not the new one...

 

so I did the update already but here is again.

CSC

NOA 6/16/16

BIO ON 7/26/26

APPROVAL ON 8/3/17

RECEIVED ON 8/10/17

 

ON TO THE NEXT STEP.

5 days a month, so if the rate continues,then it is true that it takes about 1.5 years to 2 for CSC to process 751, ugh. I have filed our 400, it is kind of funny that by the time my 400 interview is available, my 751 might have been approved or it might be adjudicated together with 400 which is most likely the case..
