Your employer was most likely ignorant of the law or not following the law.

Re-verification is illegal if the subject has already been determined through a prior verification to be a green card holder. An employer is subject to lawsuits if they do this illegal practice. Most companies with good HR departments will not attempt this.

Finally, i checked my status today. It says your card is being produced-

we ordered your new card today- July 17,2017.

NOA Receipt date: 6/13/2017.

Got approved today!

What a long wait. How long guys you waited in mail? Can't wait till i hold it.

Just checked my online case status today says - new card is being produced (on July 18, 2017 we ordered your new card for receipt number EAC161xxxxxxx) after I got approved July 5. Now waiting for my GC and not sure when we apply for N400, maybe months or years when we're ready

Thanks @nightingalejules Yeah coz I don't know if I'm ready and also i need to study the test so I'm not confident to apply for now and we're planning to move so I think it would take time before we decided to apply. Good for you 😉

So the CSC revived my husband's packet June 13 of last year and apparently now they're on the 16th (?) but we still haven't heard anything yet. Should I be concerned about this??? This whole thing is so stressful. :(

Lots of people are still waiting, so don't be too concerned... you might as well put in a service request since you're "outside normal processing times" (official time out of USCIS for CSC is June 15) It probably won't make much difference, but at least you're doing something!

Hey guys, 

So I just wanted to add an update. With my last case inquiry I never got a response, and when I call tier 2 officer told me my case was assigned to an officer and I should hear back soon. No response since. I went for a infopass appt and was told it is pending and they can see my i751 is in the same folder with my n400. I was still hoping to get GC because my passport, old GC and extension letter are all expired. I know, great, right?

So since it has been a month since my 1st inquiry, I submitted a 2nd one. Today I got a reply. See pictures. 

It has been 1 year and 1 month and 11 days since my noa. I guess now it's official, another year to wait. At least I am in line for N-400 😊
