Where did you get this information?

Did you also know the  moon is going to made of cheese and will be bright green tonight?  Sorry I'm just joining the conversation to give random information out  with no foundation of evidence.

That is what this particular  poster   that you just quoted did but has not bothered to respond to the question from numerous members, including myself. I find it highly annoying and not counterproductive. Hopefully the OP might answer your valid question this time.

Honestly I feel like the OP was just trolling. They've been asked where they got the information from by more than 5/6 people and they haven't bothered to reply. I agree with you that it's counterproductive to just misinform.

~AOS : 09/11/2014 - 2 YR Green card received!.

~ROC 07/13/2017 - 10 YR Green card received!.

~N-400 : 10/28/2020 - N400 Interview & Approval/Oath Ceremony/US Citizen!

I'm so sorry to hear that, I hope you and your family have some peace now that you are far from him and recover fast. My husband is emotionally abusive and It is so hard to live with that, you start thinking that there is something wrong with you but what is wrong is actually him not you. I'm calculating that I would hear something from USCIS in October, I'm just very worried about my current situation, October feels really far away and I don't know if we would make it through.

Just hang in there...just dont divorce him yet...and i will post any further update from uscis

Well, it's fake information if it's not from USCIS.

Trust me, July will come and go with no significant progress from CSC.

Hope you are wrong. Looks like we might have to wait until the N400 interview, they will either pull out your pending case and adjudicate it or approve both applications at the same time..

Hello everyone!!

I just have a quick question that I have searched for an answer to and have been unable to find! My husband's one year extension will expire July 21st, but we are not planning in leaving the country. If we aren't leaving the United States, do we still need to make an infopass appointment to get his passport stamped?

Thanks so much!

Yes, you should.  Without doing so, your husband's green card is technically expired.  It is no different than when a regular green card goes past it's 10 year expiration without renewal.  In these days of the Trump administration, I don't think that this is something you want to chance even if you don't plan to travel.

Hi, i've been reading this topic for awhile but never join.

Just want to share with you all that today my ROC was approved (notified by email), online status changed to Card/Document Production

Receipt date 06/23/2017, filed at Vermont, no RFE

It was along way, i called 2 weeks ago and was told my case was assigned, i did place an online inquiry last week (out of frustration) and did infopass on Monday for the stamp (got it)

I filed for N400 last week also

Hope you all will hear good news soon :)

Just checked the processing times on the USCIS website. Updated today (date at bottom of chart). CSC still June 9.... this is nuts. <<sigh>>

Awaiting Oath Ceremony for Citizenship! Last step!

Well, to be fair, the date on the top says the numbers are current as of Apr 30, and that's certainly where CSC was at on Apr 30.... it's also weird that they're updating on the 29th - they usually update around the middle of the month.

Hopefully they get moving again in July. Just to be clear, I have absolutely no information to suggest that they will start moving again in July... I just really hope so.
