Hey All,

 

I've been following this thread from the beginning but never posted.  My wife had applied to have her conditions removed.

 

Got the approval letter today

 

VSC

Application Filed - 6/23/2016

NOA - 6/27/2016

Biometrics - 12/10/2016 (original letter showing the appointment got lost so we never knew until I called the office)

Approval date - 6/21/2017

Received Letter - 6/26/2017

VSC has started approving July filers while CSC is still at a standstill.

I am projecting sometime in September before CSC completes June 2016 filings.

Maybe for CSC filers, we might have to be approved concurrently with N400 or wait till when we get close to the N400 interview. Hope I am wrong..

Online status changed from "New card is being produced" to "We mailed your new card" today. It took 4 days for the status to change.

My friend not on here was a late July filer at VSC and had her application transferred to CSC, since she changed address in the beginning of June. She got notification and everything about the transfer of her case going to CSC. Today she received a letter stating her 10 year green card was approved and wait 60 days for the card to arrive. 

I'm a July filer at VSC so I'm hoping we hear something soon.

I received notification today (6/26) that says, "New Card Is Being Produced"!

 

CSC! Finally. 383 days since NOA.

Almost a year still waiting...went and got my passport stamp lastweek monday ...had no issues,lady told me my case is still pending..

I filed joint but me and my husband now living seperately he kept threatening to report me to ice ...so when i went to the infopass to stamp my passport i asked them what should i do.

Could you please share with this forum, how you acquired this information and from what source?  I am sure people are fed up of waiting and waiting and waiting for their cards and if you have information that may give others a glimmer of hope then it would be nice to share it.

Did you go to the infopass appointment or you are going to go? 

Could you please share what did they tell you?

Similar case and don't know what to do, fill again with a divorce waiver and wait forever or risk it waiting the papers to come in the next few months? If they weren't so slow, my case would be approved already and I wouldn't have this dilema. Worried also that if I wait the papers to show up and divorce afterwards I would have issues in the future for my N400. Any advise?
