Yes, they did. And the officer said it was assigned to someone but he couldn't tell how long it was going to take.

Just FYI for those on twitter.  For the next hour, @USCIS is answering general questions (no personal info tho) if you submit w #AskUSCIS at end of question. Who knows how many they'll reply to but worth a shot to bombard w questions re: length of time this is now taking :-)

06/06/2016 - ROC packet received at Vermont Service Center
06/10/2016 - Check cashed

06/14/2016 - NOA dated 06/07/2016 received in the mail

07/08/2016 - Biometrics appointment letter dated 07/02/2016 received

07/20/2016 - Biometrics appointment

06/21/2017 - Approval letter dated 06/16/2017 received in the mail

06/22/2017 - Online status changed to "New card is being produced"

06/26/2017 - Online status changed to "We mailed your new card"

06/30/2017 - Card received via Priority Mail

So unfair, they should start working on people who have been waiting for almost a year. If that is the case, why Vermont Service Center is getting a free pass and not handling the H1B and 765s?

The interesting thing is CSC is getting the majority of these work load transfers from the other service centers for all types of cases. I don't see the reasoning in accepting a lot of other cases if CSC is not able to process their own work load in time.

From the timelines shown, it seems this has been going on from late last year till date. The most recent workload transfer to CSC was on June 12.

 

~AOS : 09/11/2014 - 2 YR Green card received!.

~ROC : 07/13/2017 - 10 YR Green card received!.

~N-400 : 10/28/2020 - N400 Interview & Approval/Oath Ceremony/US Citizen!

Hey guys, I just came back from a business trip out of US with my green card (expired 9/11/2016), extension letter (dated 6/17/2016) and no passport stamp. Had no problems at the CBP in San Francisco airport, just a few regular questions. 

N-400 Timeline San Francisco field office (Marriage with an US citizen and 3 year of LPR):

ELIS: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

EGOV: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

08/15/2017 (day 000): N-400 application was filed online on ELIS

08/22/2017 (day 007): Biometrics appointment was scheduled for 9/8/2017 

08/28/2017 (day 013): Early walk-in biometrics was completed

01/03/2018 (day 141): Interview appointment was scheduled for 2/6/2018

02/06/2018 (day 175): Interview was completed and the case was recommended for approval

02/12/2018 (day 181): Oath ceremony was scheduled for 3/15/2018

03/15/2018 (day 214): Oath ceremony was competed and I am an US citizen!
