Yes, good luck. If the worst comes to worst, the immigration judge tends to approval the denied applications according to this website. But I Don't think it is going to come to that.

Send also the deed when the property was purchased, showing that was before your marriage. The jointly bank account, the bank can give you also a letter explaining that is a bank account of both of you.

Credit card are easy, your husband can request additional card on your name under his credit card.

Affidavits google it, but I suggest you to let your friends, co=workers to write it at their one inspiration, looks more real that any template that you can get online

My question is, you filed one june 26th but your NOA DATE is in July. Therefore youre a July filer !! Does that mean, they already looking into July filers? That gives me "hope"..? I guess lol. 

 

As much as I am sorry about J&E's RFE, he does give me some hope? He filed on 6/28, and got his RFE in July, that makes him a July filer? If that is the case, at least USCIS is beginning to looking to late June or July filers? Hope that is the case.

I submitted medical records, phone records, utility bills in our names, will, power of attorney, photos, a trip we took last year, 2 letters from friends(it is better to attach copies of their driver licenses too,  my lawyer advised me that). Fellow users should note this as a GREAT idea - continue to keep evidence as an ongoing thing, that you should keep doing, until your journey is over. For many a 10 year unconditional I551 is your end goal, others it will be citizenship, in which case, maintaining a file with ongoing evidence will make the task at application time much easier - rather than having to scrabble around hunt in drawers, filing cabinets etc for evidence all at once.  Good call Zombie69

The discussion about RFE's is really interesting, and something we all hope we don't get, but as we see here it does happen. 

Say you literally post everything you can think of and you have nothing else to give, what would happen?  If you wrote back to USCIS and said - sorry folks, you got it all.  Would they adjudicate on the evidence they have, and maybe give you a rather more intensive interview where you explain why you don't have extra information to provide?  I hope it never comes to that, for any of you, but I'm always interested in trying to figure out how these scenarios could play out.

Thanks, glad you can spread the idea of keeping ongoing evidence. Waiting till the last minute and scrambling to produce evidence will make things more difficult and complicated.

I haven't seen the google spreadsheet for June 2016. I don't think it was ever created for this group. If you want to see the text format of approvals, you need to go back several pages. I think someone posted it last week or so.

I don't know. I haven't put together the data. I just copied the latest one from pages 90-something. It's been a while since it's been posted so I decided to do it. I'm not sure if there is a dedicated person who's responsible for it?
