hi

i send rfe response on June 24

so it took 2 month

Wow. That's a very long time to respond on your rfe.

They responded/approved mine within 3 days after they received my packet.

All in all and most importantly, you still got approved.

Doesn't look like we've had any CSC approvals here for over a week now. The last one was on August 19th.

Come on CSC, what's happening!?!

The last approval was from a June CSC flier whose NOA waa 6/27, and one whose NOA was 7/8. I am sorry to say for  July filers, they have to wait till November, August filers l, next Feb or March, just my guess

You did not have enough evidence attached to your original application? Were they asking for something specific

My original application had jointly filed tax returns, W-2s of both of us, vacation trips tickets, photos, joint a/c statements, credit card statement, health insurance, joint car title, etc

They asked for joint house deed/mortgage/lease and utility names in both our names if applicable, birth certificate of kids born to us, life insurance in RFE received from CSC.

Submitted all with vacation trips tickets made after filing with photos except joint utility bills which we don't have in both our names. Awaiting approval

wow that is crazy. Why would they issue RFE for things like utility bills, when you submitted so many other proofs that most people including me submit.

Yea. We were shocked on receiving RFE. Of course We couldn't add my name to the house deed before applying. But sent our driving license to show same address/co-habiting; added our W-2s to show same address. I am a dependent on his health insurance and primary beneficiary in all the financial stuff. Everything was well organized and sent..

This time too organized everything with a neat cover letter. I think the house deed will make a big difference. Hoping for the best.

We submitted, our joint bank statement, federal joint return, lease statement showing both our names on it, utility bill with our names on it, photos from our trip, auto insurance, phone bills with both our names on it. That's about it.

It all depends on the respective person looking at an application. Some people just for the heck of it will demand more proof.

Yea. Forgot to add that we too submitted phone bills.

I think the person who looked at our file wanted to buy more time... so just sent a cut/paste portion of pre-printed RFE letter! because, we submitted car title, health insurance and phone bills in the first application.. but re-submitted the updated versions for RFE response!...
