For CRI-89 cases with receipt number like WAC161865XXXX, as of today, there are 314 pending, the processing rate is about 20 cases per day. N-400 Timeline San Francisco field office (Marriage with an US citizen and 3 year of LPR):

08/15/2017 (day 000): N-400 application was filed online on ELIS

08/22/2017 (day 007): Biometrics appointment was scheduled for 9/8/2017 

08/28/2017 (day 013): Early walk-in biometrics was completed

01/03/2018 (day 141): Interview appointment was scheduled for 2/6/2018

02/06/2018 (day 175): Interview was completed and the case was recommended for approval

Is this legit? I did not see this being published or announced on uscis.gov website.

I have this app but I am not sure where in the app to find this info.

I believe it is not legit specially if there is no announcement from the uscis.gov website like what they did for civic test app. Your info might compromise by using not legit app from USCIS.

If these numbers are right, in roughly 16 days all of them will be processed (314/20 = 15.7). Assuming they only process cases during working days, 16 working days would be Aug 24th. Let's see.

This can't be right... according to USCIS numbering system, (using your example WAC1618650xxx) WAC stands for CSC, 16 stands for the fiscal year the application was received in, and 186 stands for the day on which it was received (186th day of that fiscal year, counting from Oct.1).. is the app saying there are 300+ CR-89 cases received on that day alone that are still pending?! 

I hope I'm just misunderstanding this....that's just depressing :-)

I only checked day 186. I am sure they are processing other days at the same time. I can't scrap too much data from USCIS server as my IP will get blocked.

Got approved today after submitting my rfe. 

NOA: 06/13/2016

CSC

Biometric: 07/07/16

 

It took them just 3 business working days to approve mine after they received my rfe.

Uscis did not sent me a rfe. I have been waiting for a decision on my i751 for nearly 15 months! I Did put a service requests and then they responded to me saying that n400 and i751 will be adjudicated at the same time. Good luck with ur rfe!
