Hi All,

I have been reading this forum for quite some time now, but only registered today, so nice to meet you all!

I am a July 1st filer at CSC (so technically not June, even though my package was sent out in June). Today (my GC+1 yr extension would expire on July 12th) I went to USCIS infopass appointment and got the stamp in my passport, good for one year. A number of you mentioned it looks legit, imho it still looks unconvincing for somebody who doesn't know the details of this process, but again, may be I'm wrong. The officer said this is likely to take 2 years now, so wait for another year...I hope we wasn't serious. ANyway, just wanted to share my experience.

I am considering contacting the state reps and senators now, will likely do it soon.

Thanks everyone.

Guys uscis processing time updated as of April 30 , 2017

i751 processing --June 9 2017

I think it's a "safe date". It means: they know that all cases (or almost all of them) submitted by this day are already processed. They want to avoid people submitting inquiries for cases outside normal processing time.

Is this the date when USCIS received the case? They have finished most of the I-751 cases that were received by USCIS on June 9 and before?

Thanks everyone.

But rule should be same for all service centers. Vsc is pretty much at end of June. Vsc is moving fast . Csc slowed down .

Thank you! I've not been too anxious about the wait, but seeing the "as of" date overtake my NOA date is testing my patience :\

Interestingly, Historical Processing Times page  was updated too... they now say i751 takes 344 days on average  to adjudicate...

Ugh... wonderful.

Well i I just received a call from my senator's office and they are going to be reaching out to USCIS after we return their privacy release form to see where we are at, if our case has been assigned, etc. We don't expect a miracle but hell, at least it's something right?!?  Yay for that! The woman who called was incredibly nice and knowledgeable with immigration matters so again, not expecting much but any info/status is appreciated ;-)

Awaiting Oath Ceremony for Citizenship! Last step!

Where did you find this page?

~AOS : 09/11/2014 - 2 YR Green card received!.

~ROC 07/13/2017 - 10 YR Green card received!.

~N-400 : 10/28/2020 - N400 Interview & Approval/Oath Ceremony/US Citizen!

More Importantly, I am a proud Anti-Fascist!
