Thank you both!! I am so happy! I honestly thought I'd be waiting a lot longer and was planning on getting a stamp next month so I can renew my drivers licence. When I saw the letter I instantly thought it would be a RFE but then I saw "congratulations!". The letter says I should get my green card within the next 60 days.

Also I just wanted to note that I never recieved an e-mail or text alert like I did during my conditional green card. I filed the paper to be alerted. My online status hasn't been updated yet either and the letter states my approval decision was May 19th. So don't rely on the case checker too much. Keep an eye on the mail too! :)

Congrats!! Glad to hear that they're moving along with VSC! Not sure if CSC is waiting for VSC to catch up as we got ours approved May 8/17. We filed to CSC June 4/16. So I think they may just be still working through the early June files!

We also didn't get any changes online. Found out everything through mail. And got new GC at same time as notice letter (we were away).  So hopefully you'll get that card soon!! 😃

It says your ROC was approved in your status. Perhaps you should update it to pending.

~AOS : 09/11/2014 - 2 YR Green card received!.

~ROC 07/13/2017 - 10 YR Green card received!.

~N-400 : 10/28/2020 - N400 Interview & Approval/Oath Ceremony/US Citizen!

I traveled with a stamp, no problem to enter the US. You cannot use the APC (Automated Passport Control) kiosk, so it slightly extends the procedure.
There was a little problem at the airport I departed from. It was a small airport, so they had to make a call to double check before they checked me in.

Yes, hopefully! I'm looking forward to seeing the new design that people have been talking about.

How long did it take you to recieve yours? I know you were away, but I assume it was probably for a week or two?

Did they eventually update your online status? (even now?)

Yes, the online status did change.

The letter that came with the new card was dated 2 days later from the approval letter date. So I guess it depends on where it's going to be delivered! I'd say it took about a week or so since we are in California. Unfortunately, I did not get the new tamper-proof version green card. Looks like they're using up the old stock! 🙁

Kind of discouraging to see you get the RFE. I am sorry to hear that. The evidence i sent is similar to yours except I have medical records that showed I am my spouse's emergency contact or vice versa. Medical records that document our ER visits in detail like when I picked up my spouse or when I dropped him at the ER or the diagnoses. Ticket stubs, airline recript that showed our trip to Arizona. Will, power of attorney. Joint lease, and apartment lease renewal. E renter insurance. Holiday cards from friends. Amazon purchases that showed the shipping address under my name. Not a lawyer here, but they are probably looking for something like that. I assume you don't have a lawyer. Have you been collecting on going evidence since you applied for 751? I guess at this point, you just need to send in more. Maybe submit the evidence you have been collecting since you filed the 751 if you have already been doing that. If you have a lawyer, what did he or she say?

Thank you for the reply. I have all the evidences they might need. since its been a years, we have 2016 tax transcripts added to new evidences, new auto policy showing both of our names, new phones bills, and other utility bills having both of us on it,  bank statements with joint account, credit cards etc. I dont have lease or mortgage, papers since we lived with family for a first years and afterward we bought a condo which is on my name. I do have some paperwork related to bank loans with both of our names on it, and I dont have a lawyer. I dont know what else to send beside the evidences i have already sent plus new evidences since we filed i751.

The good news is obviously they are reviewing your case now, the challenge is what else to send. You have cards from old friends and family members that addressed to both of your names? Stuff like that. At this point, you just need to gather whatever you have and send it to them. Whatever the outcome is, at least you are coming close to the journey, you will probably be approved eventually. Just find as evidence as much as you can and mail it to them. They probably just want your ongoing evidence as well, Good luck and keep us posted.
