I am a June 1 filler under Vermont service center, and they are working with cases of feb29 2016, its means still 3 more mnths. They taking too long

Well, they were at Feb 29, 2016 as of Feb 28th 2017 (you can see that number at the top of the list). We know that a bunch of March and April filers (even among our tiny sample size at VJ) were approved during March and April. Yes, they're taking too long, but they're staying pretty steady at about a year processing time for VSC. They post dates that are at least 6 weeks out of date so they're not overwhelmed (and further slowed down) by service requests. Hang in there!

That means there are at least 6 or 7 of our VJ June filers who are eligible to make a service request now! 

What you think I should make a service request or I should still wait for few more days or I should talk to my lawyer???

USCIS had taken 35 days to move from 31-May to 07-June filers.. (though then update says as of Feb 28 from update as of Jan 31). what they were doing in March 2017, only God will know...How many more weeks of waiting for us?.... Can't escape my frustrations however hard I try
