Hey guys , i just wanna know what should i say to the Kentucky consular center if i wanted to know if is there anything missing for them on my ds260 ( already completed ) and when can i have my interview date ?

Complaint letter with OIG : 12/29/2016

Case dispatched to diplomatic pouch : 01/11/2017

Case dispatched from diplomatic mail service to NVC : 01/23/2017

Case arrived at NVC: 01/26/2017

NVC sent case to USCIS : 02/09/2017 (system update)

Case receive by USCIS (text & email notification): 03/07/2017

The OP can't fill in a timeline because they are a Diversity Lottery applicant.

OP, the KCC does not act as a quality assurance function. They won't tell you if there is anything missing. That's your job. All you can do is make sure that you tell the truth in the DS260, answer with as much information you can and then wait for them to notify you of your interview. You can always re-open the DS260 if there is anything missing but that's your responsibility.

I would recommend visiting www.britsimonsays.com for further information about when to expect your interview. In short, your interview won't be scheduled until your case number is current in the Visa Bulletin.
