Call them to review your choice of agent. Hopefully you get someone nice enough to review it over the phone(some agent don't review over the phone). After its reviewd then you will receive the welcome letter and unlocks the AOS fee.

This is what I did. I got AOS fee the next day I chose an Agent.

You will have to call to review the agent and once they review it you will get your IV fee invoiced. I got mine IV fee invoiced the day after I reviewed my agent.(Look at my timeline)

Thank you So after my case reaches NVC everything goes by faster? I see you got your interview in like two months and a few days from approval!! Hope I get mine that soon.

Yes, i´d say once you´re at the NVC stage things go a lot faster. Just make sure to read the several guides on here and don´t hesitate to ask questions. This forum has helped a LOT with getting through NVC smoothly. Actually i can´t belive i´ll have my interview next week already :-D

OK guys,

I was in the May 2016 thread but was moved to this one. So my scan date is MAY 23 repeat MAY 23, 2016. I just checked online and I see that my Affidavit of Support changed from paid to N/A. Is this real? Is this a dream? Its been 10 days only I cannot believe I could have a case complete. I don’t even wanna call, I’m so nervous. I’ve even attached an image of my screen because I thought that maybe I was looking wrong. Someone tell me if this is what 3 N/As look like. is y status supposed to change under Visa Status Check through CEAC? I appreciate a clarification thanks.

Does anyone know when case is going to be complete my wife got a notification today that the G324A form she sent they requested for has been recieve and the will start up again on our file please how long will this case going to be complete she filed from 31st 2015 go noticed 17/1/2016 that they have recieve the file and she was sent to send G324A for more evidence in April 28 and may 31st yesterday she got.mail that they Have received it and they will begin again what does this mean and how long will this take care is uscis California please need reply soonest

Have no idea when you will be approved. Since you got an RFE hopefully son you will get approved at USCIS and petition sent to NVC.

Hi everyone,

I got a checklist on May 11 stating that I didn't submit my AOS (which I triple checked, and I did, they just said they never got it), so I reluctantly resubmitted it on May 12 (new scan date). I figured I'd wait a full 30 days to call NVC and try to keep busy. Yesterday I happened to check the site and noticed 3 N/A on my account yesterday so I called and found out my case was completed May 26! I'm just waiting on them to schedule an interview date now (no idea how long that's gonna take, NVC guy said it hasn't been scheduled yet. Does anyone know?)

Is it a bad thing to be put in supervisor review?

Not necessarily but some get put in it and it takes forever some get quick response. Just be positive.

So since my case was just approved today when should I start callling NVC? Is that after I get the "Your case is being sent to the department of State" Notice?

As the NVC process wiki suggest 2 weeks after approval you should start calling. You need to monitor your USCIS status to see when it changes to sent to DHS. I know Nebraska its 1 week it gets sent out.

Hello guys... Long time no posting but I had alot of work... I'm an April filer to NVC, I've submited DS-260 form in April and a couple of days ago I've sent to NVC dhe IV package documents (Financial & Civil). How much should I wait to get any answer from NVC and is there anything where to track my package (I've seen some comments about 1st scan and 2st scan and I don't know what does it mean).

it takes 30 to 45 days to review. NVC has been saying 6 t 8 weeks.

1st scan.

can 2nd scan refers to 1st scan is when NVC receives your IV and AOS package and scans in system that's when the clock starts to case complete. 2nd scan means they got a checklist sent in what was asked for and start all over with a new scan date.

Now it's waiting time for you.

The only thing now to watch out for is the "3 N/A's". So you are waiting fr the AOS fee to change from PAID to N/A.
