From what I understand it should be black ink. Not sure if anyone else on here did theirs in blue and didn't get checklist. You can call nvc and ask.

Ok I just check your timeline and your petition was filed through the California service center so your case number should start with "WAC" followed by numbers is what you should give to NVC.

So I have our interview date for Aug. I'm more nervous than my husband. After 9 years the time has come. After 12 years my husband will see his family too. I'm an emotional Rollercoaster but I know without God in our lives this would not be possible. Good luck to all

Hi all. Is it normal the IV fee not to be invoiced for 2 weeks already. I paid the AOS fee on June 7th and my son's IV fee got invoiced a few days later, but my husband's is still not.

Your husband should call to have the DS-261 reviewed. Once its reviewed it unlocks the IV so it can be paid. Right now the DS-261 is waiting for someone to actually review it when they "get to it". If you wait for them you will be stuck at NVC.

Mrs bruz

My case was handled in CSC

My case was handled in CSC

Ok, so on your approval notice that was sent to you there is a long number that starts with WAC- thats your receipt number that you should provide to NVC when you call.

Are you seeing 2 N/As beside AOS?
