yay!! Received my case number and IIN number.

I was about to start filling DS-261. I realized I used my wife's maiden name to fill I-130. We changed her name on the passport after filling I-130. Is it fine if we change her name on DS-261 to her married name?

Oh my God!!! Finally!!! I can't believe it... I thought the 3 N/A was a fantasy since I had been checking the CEAC page non stopping and nothing had changed.... Now I just woke up and checked the page one more time and I finally can see the 3 N/A... :dancing::dancing::dancing:

Thanks to God and thanks to everybody for the support....

Second scan date was May 27th 2016...

I know this is difficult, but I will keep trying. It will work because, this distance is nothing compared to our love. :wub:

10/2013 we met at church in USA, through some common friends. We became friends.

06/07/2014 we went to our first date. :dancing: Why did we take so long to go out? :ranting:

06/22/2014 I said YES.. I want to be your girlfriend... :luv:

07/16/2014 I had to come back to Colombia because my program was over :cry:

10/10/2014 My love met me in Colombia to spend my birthday weekend with me. We got engaged (L)

02/17/2015 - 03/09/2015 He came back to Colombia to visit me and met my family. :star:

05/12/2015 We couldn't stand the distance, so he decided to move here with me. :wub:

05/28/2015 We got married at the notary. 06/06/2015 We got married at church :D

12/03/2016  Moved back to the USA. 🥰

08/2020 Became a Citizen. 🇱🇷

 

08/2020 Applied to bring my mom. ❤️

02/28/2022 went to pick my mom to the airport in Florida 🤩

Congratulations! I am in the same boat scan date 27th May, so this is great news.

Ok, you and I have some unfortunate waiting to do lol. My case was completed 6/21.

Really hoping for August interview but realistically it will be September.

Am telling you it's a good thing waiting not killing anybody.... Does anybody know how I can extend my son time in Jamaican. He only got 3 months and we want to stay longer.

That's quick I hope I get a interview date for August or early September, I heard Jamaica embassy can take up to 3 months?

yes it is, I requested an expedition for ny case yesterday and it was granted!
