I see. So what you are saying is that if I have a joint sponsor, there is no need to submit a transcript? Our sponsor has submitted 2015 taxes plus I-864 plus evidence of US status.

No need to put any salary if you have a sponsor. It does not hurt to but the salary either. I will include my taxes as domicile proof that we are moving. Meaning I am keeping up with my taxes. I have been living abroad for 8 years now so I have to proof the intent of re-establishing domicile.

2/11/2016- NOA1 Potomac

5/13/2016- I130 approved

5/18/2016- Sent to NVC

5/20/2016- NVC received

6/9/2016- Case # received (Welcome letter)

7/1/2016- Sent our IV and AOS packets to NVC

7/8/2016- Scan date

8/9/2016- Case Complete

9/20/2016- Medical exam

10/3/2016- Interview

Yup, that's the standard welcome letter. Keep in mind there is a N/A column because they use the same cover sheet for all different types of visas so if there is something listed that does not pertain

So I am ready to print my I864 will be mailing it this week. Do I need to put N/A's or NONE in spaces that are blank. Some will not let me write anything since its a numbers column.

On the spaces that ask for word information, we typed N/A. Where it asks for numbers we typed None. There is a link that explains how to fill the I864 but I don't remember it... If Someone else here know if they can help you out...

I know this is difficult, but I will keep trying. It will work because, this distance is nothing compared to our love. :wub:

10/2013 we met at church in USA, through some common friends. We became friends.

07/16/2014 I had to come back to Colombia because my program was over :cry:

10/10/2014 My love met me in Colombia to spend my birthday weekend with me. We got engaged (L)

02/17/2015 - 03/09/2015 He came back to Colombia to visit me and met my family. :star:

05/12/2015 We couldn't stand the distance, so he decided to move here with me. :wub:

05/28/2015 We got married at the notary. 06/06/2015 We got married at church :D

12/03/2016  Moved back to the USA. 🥰

08/2020 Became a Citizen. 🇱🇷

 

08/2020 Applied to bring my mom. ❤️

02/28/2022 went to pick my mom to the airport in Florida 🤩

Thank you, it will not let me type NONE if a number goes there. I will check the instructions on the USCIS page.

You will check that box only if you did not file an income tax in the recent years because you were not required to due to your income being too low, and you must also make a letter/statement explaining this, then send it along with your documents. Edited by xmaricrisx

we filled out our last three years tax so we don't need it to mark it am i right?

Finally I got a case complete today my scan date was 26/5/2015

Married: 20-Oct-2011

Petitioned: 09-Nov-2015

Petition Approved: 24-Mar-2016

Sent IV package: 26-May-2016

Case Complete at NVC: 27-Jun-2016 (30 days)

Interview Date Assigned: 31-Aug-2016

Appointment Letter Received: 04-Sep-2016

Interview Date: 19-Oct-2016

Interview Result: PENDING B-):rolleyes: hoping for the best
