My second date is the 26/5/2016 I hope for a cc anytime now. Even thou guy I spoke to at nvc said it can go up to July 9th.

Hey everyone, saw 3rd N/A this afternoon so i called and confirmed case complete today 6/24/2016, initial scan date of 5/26/2016. They said they don't have a time frame for when the interview will be scheduled so guess gota be a bit more patient and wait. Good luck to everyone.

No. I have a joint sponsor.

Then there's no need for you to show social security since you aren't qualifying your joint sponsor is.

They ask for joint sponsors in the checklist, do i only need i-864 and the w2 forms for them or anything else?

Hi I am also in abu dhabi and waiting for an interview case Complete on may 18th. I'm thinking I won't have any interview until September from the looks of it.

Does anyone know how to check if Abu dhabi embassy has recieved the paper work from the NVC (after case Complete) regarding our case?

Unless you are an expedite your case file stays at NVC until you are assigned an interview. Than 3 to 4 weeks usually before interview its sent out.

Your status will change from At NVC to IN TRANSIT to READY.

Hi everyone! First, I want to say that all of you are amazing people! It is great being together in this journey. Second, I have questions, of course. Me and my husband live in Bulgaria, Europe, pay local taxes (I have dual citizenship). I'm trying to figure out several things:

- on my I-864 do I put "0" if the income is foreign (below US poverty limit) and it will not continue once we get to US. We have a joint sponsor

- do i check the box that i am using my husband's income on i-864 or no since his income is like mine

- is it needed for me/him to obtain a letter from my/his employer in Europe which states i'm/he's currently employed

- do i need to proof assets if i have a joint sponsor

Just wanted to share something and want to confirm with whoever going to get CC in upcoming days.. I noticed few changes after CC beside 3 N/A .. At the same page of N/A on top right corner where it mentions Case number and visa class .. With 3 N/A it shows current processing site as NVC and "foreign state of chargeability" : ( country name )

I guess " foreign state of chargeability " was not there when I had 2 N/A or before CC ..

Can anyone confirm this ? If so this is a sign of CC as well with 3 N/A ..
