The supervisor is going to review our case because you can't get a Sharia certificate from a Christian marriage... Thank God that the person who answered my call was willing to help me there at the NVC. The supervisor is going to call my sister, he said in the next few days. Please pray for us.

thanks a lot MrsBurgz,

he only went to his home just for three months he lives here abroad permanently and will go from abroad to USA if God wills, but we did our marriage in that three months vacations and we put every detail in G325A that's way i am a bit worried if they say you put one thing in G325A and here in DS-260 another detail

In my opinion eventhough he was away for 3 months that wouldn't be considered a permanent address to list on the G325A. Was he receiving mail at that address? He was vacationing there for 3 months not living there permanently for 3 months. That address didnt need to be disclosed on the G325A.Anyone can correct me if what I am saying is incorrect. Here is an example my aunt is here vacationing for 4months but this isn't her permanent address she is only vacationing here to go back home where she receives mail. At this point I would call NVC (hopefully you get the correct answer) to see what your options are because the addresses that you disclosed on the G325A form wont fit on the DS-260. I think what you put already put on the G335A should match the DS-260.

The supervisor is going to review our case because you can't get a Sharia certificate from a Christian marriage... Thank God that the person who answered my call was willing to help me there at the NVC. The supervisor is going to call my sister, he said in the next few days. Please pray for us.

I hope you get good news within a few days!!!

What was your scan date?

Hello,

Are pay stubs necessary to be submited into IV package? I forgot to include those into package, but I got an employment letter of the sponsor, it includes name, company name and the annual salary.

Thanks :)

P.s: I know it's to soon, but why not asking :P Is there anybody who got a CC and is with a June Scan Date?

Pay stubs should technically be submitted with the AOS package. They are not necessary if you have an employment letter as shown here: https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/Step_4_Collect_Financial_Documents.html

For those who are employed by an individual or company, submit a photocopy of an employment letter, pay stub, or pay advance (direct-deposit receipt) that meets the criteria below:

  • Includes your name and the company’s name;
  • Is on signed, business letterhead (you cannot sign the letter yourself); and
  • Is issued within the last three months.

Hi, apparently they only have the Sharia marriage form at the nvc office as the correct one for the united Arab Emirates. But since we're Christian, we have a fully certified one from a Christian Church with all the official stamps.

I'm sorry for your check list too :(
