As far as i know, you need to get pcc from pakistan embassy at where do you currently live. And second pcc u need to get it from where you actually live rite now. There is no US embassy involved at all unless you've ever lived in states for more than 6 months.

Hope this helps

Police clearances are available for Saudi citizens and resident third country nationals. Saudi citizens currently residing overseas must return in person to process the police clearance.

Saudi citizens and third country nationals residing in the Kingdom process the police clearances by first obtaining a police clearance request letter from U.S. Embassy Riyadh, U.S. Consulate General Jeddah, or U.S. Consulate General Dhahran. This police clearance request letter, signed by a consular officer, must be attested by the Saudi Ministry of Affairs (current fee is SR30). The applicant must then appear personally with a passport-sized photograph and a national ID or residency permit at the regional Criminal Investigation Department for fingerprinting. Fingerprinting for women is done in a separate room. The police clearance should be available for collection after a week or two.

Studentss -- every country has a different criteria and process in obtaining a PCC for that country. Canada, India, are much different than trying to get one from Saudi Arabia. Getting a PCC is not a simple task no matter what country, it will take time and effort on the part of the beneficiary. There's no short cuts. Living in Saudi Arabia especially there are lots of hoops to jump through. It clearly says you have to obtain a Police Clearance request letter from US Embassy in one of the locations listed, signed by a consular officer, attested by the Saudi Ministry of affairs, pay the fee and then appear in person with a passport size photo and ID at the location mentioned for finger printing.

You're going to have to follow the instructions they provided.

Studentss: I don't know about all this man! You need to ask someone with experience. It was all very simple with Canadain and Indian police clearance.

What browser are you using? My wife has had way more than 3 addresses and we didn't have any problems with it.

The recommended browser is IE 8+

Check your browser like gryphon suggested and check your dates. The application can't have any gaps. When one address dates ends another has to begin. it will give you an error if there are any gaps.
