Yup, that's the standard welcome letter. Keep in mind there is a N/A column because they use the same cover sheet for all different types of visas so if there is something listed that does not pertain

Scan date email goes something like this.

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your documents on XXXXX. We are experiencing a high volume of incoming mail at this time. Please allow 30 days from the date we received your mail for the NVC to review your documents. We are diligently working to reduce our review time and appreciate your patience. The NVC will notify you after our review if there is additional information required or if we are able to schedule your case for an interview overseas.

Doesnt matter when they sent you the email. That date in XXXXX place above is what your scan date really is. Can you kindly confirm it its May 9 or May 12?

March 11th, 2016 - Approval date ( routed to NVC) :dancing:

March 12th, 2016 - NOA2email and text received from USCIS.

March 24th, 2016 - Text n email ( Case sent to NVC for processing)

April 8th, 2016 - Case # and Invoice # Assigned ( 8 Days from NVC receiving)

April 11th, 2016 - Choice of Agent Completed. DS-261, Paid AOS Fee

Starting the process over again for our daughter (IR2):

4/5/16 NOA2!

4/7/16 Case sent to NVC

4/22/16 Received NVC Case and Invoice Numbers

4/22/16 Submitted DS-261

4/22/16 Invoice for AOS Received. Paid AOS Fee

4/25/16 AOS Fee shows as PAID

4/27/16 Invoice for IV Received. Paid IV Fee

Somebody please I need advice! I'm trying to get a correction made to my marriage certificate but the people at the registrar's office says as long as the document has been processed it cannot be changed! I'm really frustrated now because I don't want to go to the interview and then they'll deny me because of that ???

What is the error? Is it something serious. Most will not change just like that it has to be their error usually.
