hey everybody ,

i have a question about " POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE"

i have been living in Saudi Arabia for the last five years and during this time, I

went to my country pakistan twice" means two time" once for one months and another for two months i have been there,

my Question is do i need to take Just Saudi police clearance certificate or Pakistanis one too, but to pakistan i have been there in the last five years just two times but did not stay long

You will need to provide a PCC from Pakistan (country of nationality-- you lived there for at least 6 months since the age of 16) and Saudi Arabia (country of residence for at least 6 months since age of 16) and any other previous country of residence that you lived at least 1 year from the age of 16. If you were arrested, then you need to provide a PCC for those countries.

Yup, that's the standard welcome letter. Keep in mind there is a N/A column because they use the same cover sheet for all different types of visas so if there is something listed that does not pertain to you just mark it as N/A.

Regarding the Document Cover Sheet (DCS) -- from the CEAC Payment Portal you will get two (2) DCS. one for the AOS package and one for the IV Package. the ONLY difference between the two is AOS DCS says "Attn. CMR AOS" and the IV says, "Attn. CMR". You don't have to wait for the IV Fee to be available and paid to print that. you can print two copies of the AOS DCS and either white out the AOS or use Adobe Acrobat and delete the AOS. All they need is the barcode that's on them. It's how they know which case number those documents go with.

Here's how I organized mine:

Write case number at the top right of each and every piece of document.

NVC Welcome letter's DCS -- the one with the three columns you showed.

AOS DCS from CEAC payment portal

all AOS documents as listed in order on the welcome letter DCS.

medium binder clip holding this stack together

IV DCS from CEAC payment portal

all IV documents as listed in order on the welcome letter DCS.

medium/large binder clip holding this stack together

Then I used one Large Binder clip to hold both stacks together.

put this big stack into a large Manila envelope, address it as normal PLUS write your case number on it.

put that Manila envelope in the FedEx mailing package (or whatever carrier you choose....just be sure you can track it since it has sensitive documents in it. I would NOT advise sending it regular USPS mail. Be sure you get a tracking number!)

Our case hasn't been sent to NVC yet, but once it does and we get a case number, I am going to send the AOS and IV package as soon as we get one of the bills paid and the bar code sheet generated online. I'm just wondering about the DCS in the Welcome Letter packet. Is it necessary, and do we get it by e-mail/snail mail or can it be generated online as well? Hope we don't have to wait for just that when everything else is ready to go.

It will be via email. When you call and get your case and invoice numbers, be sure to give them yours and your spouse's email address. the welcome "packet" is an email with the welcome attachment. That DCS is the last page of that attachment.

Hello everyone. I just received an email from NVC this afternoon at 3:39 PM EST. The email gave me my case # along with the AOS Invoice #. I just paid it. Any ideas how quick the second invoice gets generated?

Case sent to NVC: 5/18

Case Received at NVC: 5/24

Case # assigned: 6/9 (About time! >)

Few moments ago I received an email from NVC with the IV fee bill invoice

Just last night my husband reviewed the DS-261 over the phone with NVC and now they unlocked it already. It is like wow,I didn't expected it Thumbs up for NVC and for everyone here that helped me with information.

Next step...pay the fee and send them the AOS and IV package

Once you pay the IV fee, It will be in "In Process" . Mine took 2 days to go to "Paid". When IV fee is marked as "Paid" your DS-260 form will be unlocked.

we paid last night our AOS fee bill and status says " IT IS IN PROCESS" but the other bill is now invoiced can i pay that now IV bill or not because it is invoiced and i can pay it right away?

I paid the IV fee just right now and the AOS fee shows as PAID already (It's been 2 days since I paid it). The NVC process is going smoothly...I like it

Somebody please I need advice! I'm trying to get a correction made to my marriage certificate but the people at the registrar's office says as long as the document has been processed it cannot be changed! I'm really frustrated now because I don't want to go to the interview and then they'll deny me because of that ???
