It could mean they haven't reviewed your case yet. You're still in line....

Just have patience and don't let them put you under supervisor review. Now, that I'm in supervisor review and been reading around VJ about it, it's not advisable

Maybe yours will be ready tomorrow or friday. Everytime I called nvc they would tell me they entered things may 7 and then I received the email for may 9...I never knew which date to go by. But I went with may 9th since that was my email confirmation.

Yesterday my husband called NVC to review DS-261 over the phone. They askeed him only two questions and then they said that the IV bill will be invoiced in few days.(this is the last update to my case)

I have a question, Is it ok if we send in the AOS package just the last year tax transcript(2015)? We are going to send additionally copies of payment checks my husband received from his jobs (he works as self-employed in construction). Has anyone received a checklist because they dind't enclosed the 2014 and 2013 year transcripts?

I can't speak for the other I-864 forms, but the I-864EZ only required submitting the most recent tax year...now it would be 2015. the previous years were optional. I think you have to list what the previous years income were but attaching photocopies of those are optional. So if your husband's 2015 tax shows he's 125% above the poverty guidelines then you should be good.

The Case Complete letter comes 7 days after Case Complete. So if you called today June 7th and they said you have Case Complete June 14th the email would be sent.

You are 100% correct!!! I received the confirmation email today. When I called NVC, they said case complete was on June 2nd. However, on the email, it said June 9th... Should I stick with 60 days starting from June 2nd or the date based on the email?

I haven't posted in a bit because we had a hiccup and couldn't send AOS and IV paperwork yet. Wish us luck that everything is sent by the end of the week.

I have a question, however: How long does it take for the DS-260 to open until the IV bill has been paid? Does it happen as soon as you pay, after it is marked as paid, or later than that even?

Once you pay the IV fee, It will be in "In Process" . Mine took 2 days to go to "Paid". When IV fee is marked as "Paid" your DS-260 form will be unlocked.

Does your status say "Case was sent to the Department of State"? (on the USCIS website).
