Hey all, just went thru POE in Seattle. Piece of cake; even with the change of address I was dreading so much. I was done in 10 minutes. Now waiting for my connecting flight to Phoenix and then I'll be at our new home with the hubby ♥

I hope you understood, I gave you tons of information before your NOA2 and few weeks after you came into NVC, but you kept asking questions which you already had the answers, so I gave up on you.

hey Gargalmon22! I understand why you'd rather ask here on VJ rather than look around and read through so much information when the immigration is overwhelming enough. It's just simply easier to ask, plus it's great to see other people's perspective and experience! So ask away!! That's the whole point of this forum anyway

What did you have to do for change of address? Just give the new addy to the person in secondary?

My husband has been talking about renting a new apartment and the current lease will be up in the time range I'm entering the US so I'm a little concerned.

Well, I just gave it to the nice CBP Lady who took care of my immigration stuff. She didn't ask any questions about it; just made me write it on a form that's being sent to USCIS.

I did ask her if we have to follow up with USCIS on that but she said that it's all good now.

As far as I know my hubby still needs to change his address online tho. The CBP lady didn't know about this. Weird!

We'll look it up later.

Whoever gets the date please post here, hopefully this week we'll all get August interview dates (or July in some cases) ... not September

In Nigeria its walk in only at the two clinics, no appt. I suggest getting there first thing n the morning.

I'll be sure to tell folk once I hear any embassy getting scheduled. Some get their schedules into NVC faster than others so it's a waiting game for all not everyone starts at same time. So be patient.

Well Visa fee paid. I feel poor. Hubby leaving Nigeria in less than 23 hours from now. We are exactly 48 hours away from him landing.

Okay to the business. Tomorrow I estimate scheduling for some embassies will start so please be patient if yours haven't. Most people here call so if you see an embassy scheduling just call and ask about yours. And be specific.

Do not ask "have you started scheduling"? That's not specific they will say is or no and not even be on your country.

You ask "Have you started scheduling for XXXXX"?

Every month is a different time frame when they send out the Interview Letter. Sometimes its immediate, sometimes within 24 hours sometimes 2 to 3 days. So be mindful and keep your eyes on your email box.

Okay here's to an exciting week for us all. Case Completes, Approvals, POE's. YAY it's about to get real!!

Nice.Your r welcome.Which of the hospitals did you use? And how much did it cost? What documents did they request for?

My interview is July 26.
