Hi RoseGrove, congrats on your approval again!!! I was wondering if they actually asked to see the IRS transcript during the interview? We are asked to provide the same but there might be a chance it wouldn't arrive before our interview date. Please share... thanks!!!! :)

You can just print the transcript now online instead of waiting for it to come in the mail. Just sign up for an account on the IRS website. You get it instantly.

  • NOA1/Notice of receipt: Sept. 15, 2015
  • NOA2/I130 Approved: February 8, 2016 (NO RFE) :)
  • Process slowed down by us
  • Sent documents to NVC: April 11, 2016
  • Scan date: April 14/ May 7th (NVC said both I dont know why)
  • Case Complete: May 31, 2016 (No checklist) :dancing:

August 17, 2016: Visa Approved!!!! :dancing:

So they approved it all today!!! Next step is the interview!! I'm so happy to be here with you all!!!!!!!???????

We got our case complete today!!!! Woohoo after a checklist because they wanted a Sharia marriage certificate from a Christian wedding... (we're in the united Arab Emirates) ????

So they approved it all today!!! Next step is the interview!! I'm so happy to be here with you all!!!!!!!???????

How does the USCIS get the address where they send the green card to?

Since I filled out the paperwork, the address where we will relocate to in the USA has changed. Is there a way to update it?

you can change it while having interveiw with the vo i also have to update my job status plus new address in UAE

I know how feel, that's how I felt. Usually it's about a week. I got mine on the 7th day. Hang in there you'll get yours soon!!

Hello everyone.. just got my case completed today... I came to know U.S Consulate in Bahrain have immigrant visa interviews only on Thursdays that too after 1 PM local time and since there are no much immigrant visa applicants from Bahrain I am hoping it should be easier to get an early interview date but i guess it all depends on NVC when they send the file to the consular.
