What did they do at iah POE??

IAH has one of he coolest, newest, prettiest hugest. POE's . You stad in line you follow the signs to non citizens and wait than walk u to the desk hand over the passport and Visa packet and answer the questions asked. Even US citizens get asked questions. I just came through IAH 3 weeks ago I live here.

Do all POE's take several hours?

Depends when you and how many planes and people there are.

Hi guys and gals,

Just wanna let you know that my visa was approved today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I kept checking all day yesterday and up to this morning and CEAC still showed AP.....at 1:10pm my husband IM'd me and then called me thru BBM....I missed both message and call as I was away from my office. I saw his missed call and then returned it thinking it was an emergency bcuz he doesn't have reason to call me....then he shouted THEY ISSUED THE VISAS BABE! :D

I literally stood in shock and started crying....words fumbling as I tried to calm myself and talk to my parents on the phone telling them the good news. My mom started crying too! :(

Thank you to all who gave encouraging words of comfort and support and thanks to God for granting me the patience thru this visa journey. I have learned a lot so that I am certain I can now guide others on their path thru visa success :)

Now to get prepared for the journey to Florida :dancing::dance:

When you go to the IRS website and request a mailed copy it should've asked you for your street address. If you click on the little question mark next to the street address part, this is what it says:

Street Address Help

Use the address currently on file with the IRS. Generally this will be that address you listed on the latest tax return you filed. However, we also get updates from the US Postal Service if you've updated your address with them.

You should get it in the mail a week later.

https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof-tra/start.do

Thanks for the info!! We requested a few so system showing red flag...... will just have to wait and see if it arrives in time. Best of luck for your interview today!!!
