Oh my gosh! My husband's interview is THIS week! Time has flown by since interview date was scheduled. I can't say "next month" or "next week" anymore. Now I just say "interview is on Friday." Whaaaaaaat!

When I spoke to him last night he said as time is getting close he gets nervous. then when I spoke with him this morning, he said he's all packed and ready to go and he felt calm. he's heading to Mumbai tomorrow. I'm going to be filled with nerves all week. :bonk:

Lord help us!

All the quick for you. Quick approval, quick Issue visa, quick delivery passport, quick POE and quick process. :)

Hi everyone, congrats on the approvals and interviews! For those who opted to pick up their passports, I had read some of you called the regional center and were told your passport is ready before getting an email about it. My husband was approved on June 8th and he tries calling the center where he chose to pick up, but it's automated and he couldn't get a hold of anyone so just wondering what everyone else's experience has been. Did you get an email or phone call once it was ready?

YAY!!! :dancing: Called NVC and I have an interview scheduled on July 19th at 8.30am. I don´t know if it´s due to the expedite plea that the senator did on our behalf or not but I´m really happy that I got it. I just want to be with my husband and make sure he recovers.

That's alot of information. They have to verify the updates are their "touched" update. No one can tell you how long it's a patience waiting game. Hang in there.

My interview was on June 7th. (So glad to be able to use past tense lol)

Sorry for the late share of my interview.

My interview scheduled at 2:15pm. I went into the embassy 15mins earlier as instructed.

They collected my original civil documents and 2015 W2 and tax return.

Then I got my fingerprinting done and was informed I didn't need a joint sponsor which was great.

The nice lady talked to me while fingerprinting. Then she asked me to wait for the official interview with CO.

The CO that interviewed me was super duper nice.

Here are the questions:

1.How did y'all meet?

(He wanted the whole story from when we met and how we decided to get married)

2.Are y'all planning to stay in Texas in a long term?

3.How many siblings does your husband have?

(As this question, I answered not only "2 brothers, but also gave the names).

4.How old are your husband's children?

(I mentioned my babies' names in this question too !)

It was a really smooth and stress free interview. It only took 45 mins from collecting docs to the end of the interview.

Good luck peeps :) 393 days later..... I'm done with this!!!!!

Congratulations. Sounds like a good time.
