OKUN you have this all wrong. No one schedules your medical in Nigeria. That's your responsibility.

Did your letter list Q-Life and Children's Place. Or just mentioned medical information? Haven't heard of anyone from Nigeria getting a letter with specific medical info.

Who were you planning on calling about your medical?

The letter actually stated Q-life and childrens practice. I tried calling their service numbers, but its not going thru. I actually wanted to schedule my medicals.

My interview was on June 7th. (So glad to be able to use past tense lol)

Sorry for the late share of my interview.

My interview scheduled at 2:15pm. I went into the embassy 15mins earlier as instructed.

They collected my original civil documents and 2015 W2 and tax return.

Then I got my fingerprinting done and was informed I didn't need a joint sponsor which was great.

The nice lady talked to me while fingerprinting. Then she asked me to wait for the official interview with CO.

The CO that interviewed me was super duper nice.

Here are the questions:

1.How did y'all meet?

(He wanted the whole story from when we met and how we decided to get married)

2.Are y'all planning to stay in Texas in a long term?

3.How many siblings does your husband have?

(As this question, I answered not only "2 brothers, but also gave the names).

4.How old are your husband's children?

(I mentioned my babies' names in this question too !)

It was a really smooth and stress free interview. It only took 45 mins from collecting docs to the end of the interview.

Good luck peeps :) 393 days later..... I'm done with this!!!!!

Because sm embassies are really hard and some are comparatively easy. So thought if people are looking at the spreadsheet they can know how its going. Looking at timeline is okay too ?

But for the spreadsheet purposes which was designed so people can see how long it takes for their embassy sering approve does nothing. I don't see the point.

Plus I sure don't want my spreadsheet with AP which means another entry of how long from AP to APPROVAL if there is one.

I have friends from the last year get approved after 4 years in AP, 3 years in AP and 2 1/2 years in AP.

And seeing Denied listed is just to much.

People need to be visiting their countries Interview review to see how things are.

That's the best way to know.

Honestly, I don't know. Time was crawling by at a snail's pace from July 16, 2015 until May 9, 2016. then it was like Superman decided to make the earth spin a bit faster. Although, in retrospect, I purposely scheduled business trips to keep me distracted. Also knowing my husband was going to be coming in a matter for weeks and I had so much to do around the house helped. It also went quickly for him because he also had things to take care of around the house and a couple of trips to take.

God willing, WHEN all goes well on Friday, my husband should have visa in hand by Tuesday of next week. Which means he should be here by our anniversary. next week will fly by because i'm going to Chicago for business again so by the time I come back, my husband should be here the next day or after. :) just praying, praying, praying that all goes successfully.

QUICK QUESTION! Those that went for medical in lagos, what number did u call to schedule your medical appointment? Hence i cant get thru to them on their service numbers, what do i need to take along with me cos i am thinking of just going to lagos to schedule my appointment. Please, any useful info will help

There is no scheduling your medical it's gorse come first set e so be sure to get there first thing in morning I suggest no later than 9am.

They take debit card. They do not take cash. You would have to go to the bank and pay.

6 passport pics, your interview letter.

Price can range from N30,000 to N45,000

Children's Place you get results in 3 days.

Q-life results in 5 days.
