Has anyone besides KTeam received a biometrics appointment notice from the Texas center? I'm starting to get a bit worried about mine: it was mailed on June 10, and didn't arrive today either. I know that USPS can be slow, but this seems like an unusual delay.

My biometrics letter was mailed on June 10 as well, and still hasn't arrived. I expect we will both get it very soon, and will have the biometrics appointment before the end of June. But USCIS thinks we should wait a month before inquiring about a missing notice.

I have another question: is anyone able to log into their MyUSCIS account and see their case status and NOAs? (I'm referring to the account for which we were sent a registration code in the first notice received from USCIS.) I was only able to log into that account for one day, after which the whole account system seems to have gone under. Now, when I log in at myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov, I am redirected to a website that has no personalized information about my case.

yeah, i hope we get our biometric appt. letter soon. i have to travel just after my biometrics. its too stressful. i have to book my air ticket and i dont know the biometric apt. date and ticket prices are gonna be too high in July. i'm keep on checking the mail daily for biometric letter. Hopefully it will arrive soon. Or we can use the option in online USCIS account to enquiry the missing letter.

Yeah, i am able to log in to my USCIS online account which was set up by them. if you are not able to log-in to yours then call USCIS customer service. they might help you.

Thanks, rainbow24. I've actually just succeeded to log into my proper account. If anyone has the same problem I encountered before, I suggest logging in and out a few times. Eventually this did it for me.

The even better news is that I am now able to see my biometrics appointment notice! It's a pdf on the homepage of my account. Presumably I can just print it and take it to my appointment if the notice doesn't arrive by mail in the meantime. FYI, my appointment is on June 28. I'll update the table in a second.

It just shows up on my account after I log in, under Recent Notices.

If all you see after logging in is a homepage with general information about naturalization, green cards, etc., but not your personal case information, then you're having the same problem I was having before. I'm afraid I can't say exactly how I managed to get past that, but it involved logging in and out several times, and even changing my password at some point. The USCIS online account system is definitely a mess. I think I was lucky to be able to find my case info today, and wouldn't be surprised if later I'm not able to log into my account again.

06/17/2016, I checked my case status on uscis.gov and it says biometric appointment was scheduled and notice mailed on 06/16/2016.

I looked under "Recent Notices" in https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ account and the only notice I see there is "uscis account access" notice. I don't see biometric notice there. I also dont see Receipt notice.

Anyone else has the same situation as mine? Does it take a while for notices to appear in the online account?

Same here....NO biometrics info in my online account and NO bio notice in my mail box.

I hope that it will arrive next week.

June 28. They seem to schedule it roughly three weeks after the check is cashed.
