Alright guys. i had my oath this weekend ( on 3rd) in downtown Phoenix. it was a great ceremony.. i wish everyone best luck! and thanks all!

Done Biometric on JULY 08,2016

After that nothing happened,even online status is in "Received N-400" status as of today. My receipt starts with NBC*********.

Have you logged into your "my account" on uscis website and see if there are any PDF letter? Being NBC, you are way passed the time frame. It's also strange your status does not say biometric appointment sent. In the my account page, it should show your biometric is completed by seeing a check mark next to the biometric date. Have you done a e-request yet?

Logged into My account and still the status is "Received N-400". Called 1-800 number and I get answer as Dallas processing APRIL cases.

I agreed with Peachtree. I think you should call back and ask to speak to a level 2 tier about your concerns. I'm an IOE filer, I did my biometrics 4 August and I have an interview date letter now so it seems a little odd that you're a June filer and have heard nothing.

Hi,

Has any Los Angeles Filers received oath letter after interview? I had my interview  on 1/23 and passed it. I haven't got any update since then. I really hope  I can attend the 03/15 ceremony but it looks like not possible since  my online status is still showing interview was scheduled.... So frustrated and the journey is like never end.

Congratulations on your citizenship. I am a Phoenix august filer (new to this forum) and haven't received my interview letter yet. I am kind of relieved to see that things are finally moving in this field office. Can you tell me when you received your oath of allegiance letter?

We got our PDF letter online the same day of our interview which was 2/17. We then received the oath letter in the mail 5 days after. You may want to call USCIS and inquire about it.

Thank you for your feedback. I do believe the office might forget to put my case inline for oath ceremony I just called USCIS and the level 1 agent refused to transfer me to level 2 agent and said the only way to find out is to go to the info pass...... How did you guys reach to a level 2 officer?? Is there magical words for that???

I recalled reading some of threads here in VJ, you either have to call early in the morning or you have to play hard ball to the level 1 officer by demanding to escalate your call to Tier 2 officer.

Yeh... I will try tomorrow morning right after they start to work. The reason I believe my case was be forgotten is that the IO who interviewed me filled in for the officer who was supposed to take care of my case. So I am guessing there might be some miscommunication between them. Seeing lots of people got their oath letter soon after their interview just really makes me think there is something wrong in my case.
