Today arrived second letter from USCIS. I thought that it is letter for biomentrics appointment but it was again NOA with date 06/02.

The first one that arrived was just with info for USCIS online account.

When I first logged into my USCIS account (at myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov) this morning, using the access code on the NOA, I could see my personal information and case status for the N400. However, now my account seems to have vanished: when I log in, I am directed to my.uscis.gov, which only provides general info about immigration forms and procedures, and has no trace of my N400 or anything else in my account. Does anyone else have the same problem? I wonder if the new USCIS system is having problems, or I'm just missing something.

The good news is that the old way of looking up the case status (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do)%C2'> seems to be working, if I use the receipt number on the NOA.

There are some cases like yours in recent months; it's not too uncommon and shouldn't be a problem. But you may have to go through a more rigorous interview.

Because you'll essentially be removing conditions and applying for naturalization simultaneously, make sure that your spouse is with you on the day of the interview. This is not required for naturalization, but may be required for the ROC part, which will have to be adjudicated at the same time.

Not everyone in your situation has to do this, but a few recent applicants had unfortunate experiences because their spouses were not present at the naturalization interview. Again, in many cases, they don't ask to see the spouse, but better avoid potential delays and have your spouse available that day.

For others who have already removed conditions, your spouse is not required to attend and won't be let into the interview room.

It depends is this on a 5 year or 3 years? Do u have kids you can send birth certificates, health insurance, pay stubs.any arrests?

There is a checklist on the USCIS site specifically for N-400. I think you may not have all needed documents.

I am starting to get worried now...
I sent my package on June 8th, they were supposed to get this past Monday ( I tracked the package and it arrived to the office and someone signed for it.
At least until yesterday the check haven't been cashed...
I am starting to freak out!!
Up to how many days can take to cash the check once they get the package????

Usually under a week, but sometimes slightly longer. They get thousands of applications each week. It doesn't take long to check your eligibility date and cash a check, but they have to get to your application packet first.

If there a problem with the application at this stage, they'll return it in about 2 weeks without cashing the check.
