Apologies if this as been answered already, but I can't seem to find the answer. I'm attempting to access my uscis account (the one at myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov) and I was able to get in the first time when I received my access code via the letter. However ever since, every time I attempt to log in, I the screen forwards me to the myuscis site and I don't see any area to access my information. Any help would be much appreciated!

this appears to be a "glitch" in how the login process works as it appears to take you back to the homepage....

but, if you then add "/account/customer" to the webpage address, it will take you back to your account page.

so that is...

so you begin with logging into https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

enter your user name, password, and then of course one-time password after you receive it (either by mobile or email) - basically this is two-factor login every time.

then IF it takes you to your profile and account page - you're good to go! :)

BUT if it takes you back to the page https://my.uscis.gov , then what you need to do is actually then add the following to the link /account/customer

which would make the web address https://my.uscis.gov/account/customer

NOA1 August 3 2011
NOA2 April 14 2012
NVC receipt May 17 2012

Case upgrade request sent via email April 3 2013

Case upgraded by NVC from F2A to CR1 April 19 2013

Interview June 6th 2013 - APPROVED - case upgraded to IR1 at time of interview based on time married

Visa in hand June 10th 2013

IV fee paid using ELIS June 17th 2013

POE Houston July 15th 2013

GC arrived in mail Aug 12th 2013

SSN card arrived in mail Aug 19 2013 (1 week after applying)

So today I got a text notification about an update to my case. I checked online and saw the following
"On July 15, 2016, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. We will mail you an interview notice."

Does that mean they have a date for my interview and how soon will I receive the official letter with the date?

Your online status should be updated within the next 25 hours. You'll receive the letter within 5 business days.

Congratulations, that was fast. Does your Receipt number start with NBC or IOE ?

I was in your shoes. I've started calling them since 30th day of receiving NOA passed. Until then you'll be told, that it could take up to 30 days to receive biometric notice. On 30th day of NOA you have a right to open an investigation what is wrong with your case. In my situation it took them almost 1.5 month to schedule my biometric/ I still didn't receive a bio notice, but was able to download it through their portal and do a simple walk-in bio. Manager in Elizabeth NJ was very nice and allowed to do it. So wait for 30 days from your NOA date and then start calling them. By the way, tier 2 officers are able to see was your bio scheduled or not, if you don't have online acc through https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ you can ask them to assist you.

Good luck
