We are having our wedding in Canada because my mom is going through chemo therapy and my wedding planner told me it would take her one year to plan my wedding =/ and get the venue I wanted.

My lawyer said it can take up to 6 month min for NYC office he predicted August 2016 for me and the worst October 2016 for interview,

Our evidence:

  • e ring receipt, Wedding ring receipt, wedding dress/ suit receipt, wedding venue receipt/ wedding planner/photographer videographer contract signed
  • I owned my own home so I added my husband to the title , we are also purchasing a new home together in SF under both of our name ( he is on the contract of purchase)
  • Health insurance and Home insurance joined as beneficiary
  • bills are joined in names
  • we co own two adorable fur babies..
  • state id same address
  • 4 joint bank accounts
  • many photographs of selfies together ( hopefully they count)
  • Plane tickets before he moved in flying back and forth.

good luck everyone, hopefully this interview will come soon. I have to move back to SF by the end of this year don't want to file for address adjustment.
