O.K, first round of AOS paper work has been completed. AS always, I have a few questions before I can complete the forms:

- What is an Alien Registration number? It begins with an "A"

- Where can I locate the I-94 #? Is it my departure number located on the top left corner?

- Where is my file # A____ located? What is it?

- How do I apply for a US Social Security Number?

- I-131 - Part 3 asked for a specific departure date, which I do not have. The question 7 asked if I want a multi-visit option, which I do want. So, what do I do? The form example doesn't specify. It put down a specific departure date, and lenght of visit.

That's about it for now. I still have the medical form to look at. It says that all I have to do is submit my vaccination suppliment. Is this the one I got from for the Interview (medicial examination) or will I have to see a US civil surgeon?

Thanks for all your help in advance!
