I am a US Citizen filing I-130 for my spouse. I came to the U.S. on visit visa and I am a U.S. Citizen now through naturalization. Under the "Information about your relative," question 13 asks "Has your relative ever been in the U.S.? The answer is Yes because I reside in the U.S.

Then, question 14 asks for how I arrived - that will be visit visa and asks for arrival/departure record I-94: I can provide that too.

Then, it asks authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on Form I-94 or I-95.

I am confused about whether the above questions are applicable to me as a U.S. Citizen?

Any guidance would be really appreciated.

Thank you.

C13 & C14 is about your spouse who is intending to immigrate to the US.

C13 & C14 are not about you, the USC petitioner.

Look at the headings at the top of each section. B is about you, the USC petitioner. C is about our relative, the intending immigrant.

hi

no, on page 1 the left side is for the petitioner and the right side is for the beneficiary

the relative is your husband, the beneficiary

13 and 14 on the left side is for you, the petitioner, questions 13 and 14 on the right side are for your husband and would only apply if he is adjusting status in the US if he entered legally to the country with an i94
