AOS: Concurrent Filing of I-130 and I-485

Please forgive me if i am posting in the wrong area. I am new to VJ and me and wife are trying to Submit our AOS Package sometime this week and we are just seeking some clarification where the money orders are concerned.

Our question is, Should my wife who is the Petitioner suppose to be the person who fills out the money orders and sign them or should I the Beneficiary fill out the money orders and sign them?

Feb-19-2016 - Married

Jun-02-2016 - Mailed AOS Package (I-485, I-130, I-765, I-693)

Jun-06-2016 - AOS Package Delivered (Day 0)

Jun-14-2016 - Email & text notifications & money orders cashed (Day 8)

Jun-20-2016 - Hardcopy NOA for I-485, I-130, I-765 (Day 13)

Jun-24-2016 - Biometrics Appointment Letter (Day 17)

July-5-2016 - Biometrics Appointment Successful (Day 28)

August-3-2016- Submitted EAD expedite request (Day 57)

August-15-2016- RFE for proof of Job offer (Day 69)

August-20-2016- Email stating New Card is being produced (Day 74)

August-22-2016- Email stating EAD approved (Day 76)

November-10-2016- Case updated to interview scheduled for December-13-2016 (Day 95)

December-13-2016- Approved at interview (Day 129)

December-17-2016- Approval Letters in the Mail (Day 133)

December-19-2016- Green Card received in the mail (Day 135)
