No Police clearance in visa interview

Can i ask? My father is working now in saudi but our visa interview here in manila is on july 1 2016 , he renew is iqama but he did not release yet . one of the requirment is police clearance but he cant get because he had no iqama , what will may do if we interview with no po,ice clearance?

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly but your father needs a police report at the interview. He can be refused for not bringing one or has no better explanation. Try hard and get all the documents for him for his interview. Good luck

He needs PCC. If his Iqama is renewed it's straightforward process to get the PCC from Phillipine Consulate in Jeddah or the Embassy in Riyadh. They have instructions here:
