Hi

I'm in the process bring my wife son from the Philippines and were are in the final stages before interview

I m the petitioner and have been unemployed since February 2016 ,

last year my wife and I filed our taxes 2015 together she will be a sponsor and also my other stepson, both are making a decent income which form do I fill out 1-184?

You are still a sponsor and will fill out i-864. You will include your wife's income in your i-864 and she will fill out i864A. If your step son lives with you too, he will also fill out i-864A and you will also include his income in your i-864. If he doesn't live with you, he will be a joint sponsor and will need to fill in a separate i-864.

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received
