Can anyone tell me which chart to use? Im a green card holder, priority date of my spouse is july2015. According to a lawyer i consulted, https://www.uscis.gov/visabulletininfo is more of a "guide" but we can actually adjust based on dates of filing charts. I am very very confused. I called uscis, they dont seem to know, neither is nvc.

Visa Bulletin is on 08NOV 2014 so you would have a 8 month wait.

The site https://www.uscis.gov/visabulletininfo is not just a guide, you should use the table for the latest month from this site to determine whether you can go with AOS or not. This site will publish only one table for the given moth to use so that you don't have a confusion about which table to use. For June, there is only one table for family based. So follow that table.

You should not be following the table from Department of State for AOS with USCIS. In other words don't follow this site https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/law-and-policy/bulletin.html
