Case was approved but green card not received

Hi,

I had my interview on May 11 and I got approved on the spot, I received my welcome letter few days after that. BUT I still didn't receive my green card. The online status is still saying case was approved and will mail you the welcome letter. I called many times and they didn't help at all, the say the same thing "we have some delay".

Please share your experience, my case is a marriage case.

sorry here it says F 1 and marriage visa is CR 1

if is is CR 1 you have to enter the US and the packet goes to immigraiton

and green card comes in the mail to US address / ours came in a month after POE (that means arrival in US at port of entry)

What is your Visa Type Category? Where did you interview? In US or Tunis? Or what?

I was on F1 visa and after we got married i adjusted my status. We got approved on May 11 in Denver (Colorado) office. My welcome notice says that our case was approved and I must admit permanent resident now. The problem. Is it didn't receive my card (many people receive it in a week or two maximum).

I am in the same situation too. We had our interview on 4/26 and was approved later that day. Waited for over a month and still no green card yet. I called the customer service and they told me there was some errors in the system that the card order didnt go through. So they asked me to wait for 30-60 more days for them to fix the problem. The waiting game continues -__-

I'm in the same situation. Interviewed for AOS on 5/4 and approved on the same day but still no greencard until now. I scheduled an infopass on 6/22 so lets see what happens after that.

FYI, I went to the Infopass on 6/6 and was told that there was a system error that delayed the card production. They were working to fix it and told me my card would arrive within couple weeks. On Tuesday 6/7 I received the status update on my card that says "Card was mailed to me", finally YAY!!! Now I'm just waiting for the card to arrived Good luck to everyone.

I received a text message on 6/8 that my card was mailed. :-)
